1. About This Website

This website (www.musclehealth.uk) is owned and operated by Muscle Health, a UK-based soft tissue therapy business run by Craig Harley. The site provides information about services, blog articles, booking options, and optional access to client resources or community features.

2. Who Can Use This Website

To use this website or book an appointment, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your area. By using the site, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms.

3. Services Offered

Muscle Health offers one-to-one soft tissue therapy sessions, primarily focused on chronic pain, stress-related tension, and sports performance. Sessions are booked through the online booking system, and further communication may take place via email or WhatsApp.
There are no e-commerce functions or client accounts required for general use of this site.

4. Appointments and Fees

All appointment prices are shown clearly during the booking process. You are responsible for checking availability and pricing before confirming a session. Prices may change from time to time.
Muscle Health does not sell physical products online. Memberships, treatment bundles, or special offers (if available) are explained clearly and confirmed in writing when booked.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel an appointment, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that life sometimes gets in the way — there are no automatic cancellation fees, but repeat short-notice cancellations may affect future booking access.
Refunds do not generally apply, as services are provided in person. If you feel something went wrong during treatment, please get in touch so I can understand and help resolve it.

6. Changes to Services

I may update or change services on the website without notice — including adjusting what’s available, adding or removing features, or changing how sessions are booked.

7. Data Protection and Client Records

All client data is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This includes:
-
Online forms securely submitted before treatment
-
Handwritten SOAP notes taken during sessions and stored in locked files
-
Paper and digital data retained for 7 years, as required for professional and legal compliance
-
No data is shared without your consent, unless required by law or insurance in the case of a formal request or complaint

For more information, see the full Privacy Policy.

8. Consent for Treatment

By completing the Contraindications and Client Intake Form, you give consent for both treatment and data processing. If you ever wish to withdraw consent or discuss concerns, please get in touch.

9. Email Updates and Communication

If you choose to receive updates or newsletters, you agree to occasional emails or WhatsApp messages. You can opt out at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ or contacting me directly.

10. Community Features (if used)

The website may offer access to a members-only page or app. Users who join the community may have a visible profile and see other users’ activity. You can opt out of the community at any time, in which case your profile will be hidden and community access removed.

11. Website Conduct and Use

You agree not to misuse the website, post inappropriate comments, attempt to breach security, or use the content for unlawful purposes. Muscle Health reserves the right to restrict access to anyone misusing the site or causing harm to other users or the business.

12. Limitation of Liability

The information on this site is provided for general guidance only. While every effort is made to keep it accurate, it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment planning outside of direct client sessions.
Muscle Health is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from website use.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated occasionally. If material changes are made, you’ll be notified on the website or by email. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in that jurisdiction.
