What Shapes the Session

Whatever brought you here, the aim is the same: to help your body work as well as it can — with less pain, more freedom in movement, and fewer disruptions to what you want to do.

Each session is follows what your body is showing on the day. There’s no fixed routine - because no two situations are the same. And no guesswork - every decision is based on what we find together. Just a calm, professional approach to finding and treating areas that need attention — so we can start improving how things feel and work.

Feeling Tense

For people who feel a constant tightness through their back, shoulders or neck - often linked to the way they work, sit, or carry stress.

Treatment Pathways

Why Trigger Point Therapy?

“It helps us target what matters most — so the session works where it’s most likely to make a difference.”

Trigger Point Therapy isn’t a type of massage — it’s a method I use to pinpoint specific areas within muscle that may be referring pain, restricting movement, or maintaining long-term tension.

It’s especially useful when symptoms haven’t eased with typical hands-on treatment. By finding which areas are keeping the problem going, we can focus on what's most likely to help - rather than chasing symptoms around the body.

What to Expect During a Session

We'll Figure It Out Together

You don't have to decide on a treatment type before booking. We'll start by understanding what's been going on, then focus your session on what's most likely to help you move forward.
