For pain that hasn't eased the way you'd expect - whether it's been troubling you for weeks, months, or even years.
Persitent pain can be unpredictable. It might have started recently but hasn’t shifted, or it’s been there for years. For some, it eases now and then before returning. For others, it’s always there in the background.

Persistent Pain
What We'll Look At
These sessions look at what might be keeping that pain going. Not just where you feel it, but how your body is adapting — which areas are taking on too much strain, which movements have become restricted, and where protective tightness is building.
How We Work Together
I use hands-on techniques, including trigger point therapy, to find and treat areas that feel restricted, irritated, or reactive — working step by step.
The Aim of Treatment
Treatment is steady and collaborative. We adjust as we go, making sure it stays useful and not overwhelming — guided by what your body shows at each stage.
The aim is to help shift things gradually — not force a result, but give your system a real chance to change its response.
